2007-03-12 - 8:02 p.m. I thought today was going to be terrible since I laid in bed and listened to Patty Griffin as my alarm clock music. There is danger in getting to choose what music you can wake up to. Due to my wake time sloth, I in turn missed the first two buses that would take me to work on time. So when I heard the third bus passing my house without me on it, I rushed out the door and ran as fast as my little runlolarun legs could carry me. The bus just sat at the next stop and waited for me because the driver saw me "turn the corner and run like the dickens." So that was a great kick-off to my day. Then I got to work, which is turning out to be more and more entertaining as the days go by, and got to open the mail that yielded two very amusing letters from customers. The first one was a very angry letter (my favorite kind!) who was upset at "people like you a non-medical nerd sitting at a computer." The second one was hand-written on a small sheet of lined paper and read like this: "3/9/2007 To Whom It May Concern, If you would, please send me your plans with prices. After all, nothing is free. Thank you."
