I get called lots of things by children here. Mr. Steve is the preferred one, but I have also been confused with other volunteers--Mr. Jeremy, Mr. Kenyon, and Miss Kelsey, most unfortunately. The other day, however, due to a confusion of consonants and a certainty of vowel sounds, I got called "MR. SPID!" by a group of neighbor children. SPID being, of course, the name of the dehabilitating virus destroying the world that many foreign countries use in place of our much more common AIDS. Thank you, children. And good night.
